Android Spotify app fails to start

Android Spotify app fails to start

Problem: Android Spotify app fails to start (the apps starts and keeps showing black screen with big green icon in the center, that's it - no any standard UX features  displayed, menus, etc)

When problem initially appeared:

 I logged out from devices thru web browser on spotify.com under my account

 

What I did to fix the problem:

  1. Removed SD card
  2. Did clean  reinstall several times (https://support.spotify.com/us/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/)
  3. Updated phone to the latest stock Firmware
  4. Switched between Wifi and LTE connections

Question to developers/support: 

How can I force Spotify app to go thru full initialization (possibly network cache reset, starting app in special mode/flags, etc) ?
