Android Spotify offline and hidden track. I'm lost, please help

My Question or Issue

It's been a week since i'm trying to listen music on my new phone.

I have delete every offline device and try to use spotify connect.

The main problem is that spotify reconize me but I can't do anything. 

Spotify says it is offline so every song is grayish and unplayable, i've try to do the synchro with spotify connect by wi-fi and the data-share thing but nothing works. 

Please i need some help, I love spotify but if this continue i will need to unsubscribe.
