Android app crashes after first song 'Liked Songs'

My Question or Issue

When playing my 'Liked Songs'. After the first song, the app crashes (possibly in combination with deselecting the (default on my device) Shuffle mode). If I select the second song, the playlist plays normally.

This issue has been going on for a few months.

This was not fixed as stated in the previous thread.

Seems like you're having an issue worth investigating.

As a first step, you should try deleting and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue. 🙂

I am having same issue and already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and still not working

Does this occur only when Smart Shuffle is toggled on? If you use Wi-Fi, check if the issue occurs with mobile data as well.

A short screen recording which captures the described behavior in action, along with the exact version of Spotify you're running would also be greatly appreciated so we can investigate further.
