App Goes Unresponsive - Android

Hi, I'm getting a weird issue after latest Spotify update to version 6.2.0.1028

Seems when I listen on a Bluetooth headset, randomly the app will go unresponsive, but continue playing on the Bluetooth headset, even after I close Spotify with the Task Manager. If I shut off the Bluetooth headset, it actually plays on my phone's speakers. This is pretty rough, especially in a quiet office. Only way to stop it is to restart the phone.

I'm running Android 6.0.1 on a Samsung Galaxy S6. Any help would be much appreciated!

Try reinstalling, following all steps in this post.
