App doesn't work since months on xiaomi phones and no one cares

The app crash when you click on three dots,i'm paying for the premium and it's ridicolous that no one cares about this problem. It's a problem of every redmi note 8 pro and also other phones.

Actually, we really do care about it. We already created an Ongoing Issue to report this bug to the Spotify tech team and they are working on a solution for that. However, have in mind that, as you said on your own, this issue affects a specific group of phone models, which makes this job more difficult. 

I know, that is frustrating, but I ask for a little more patience and be sure that this issue will be solved as soon as possible.

Sorry Spotify. I dontbuythat. 3 months or more on a basic feature? A 2,5 billion dollar company? Everyone here in Poland is buying xaiomi redmi now and they won't sit waiting long for a feature which is essential for making playlists. They'll just migrate....
