App loads with black screen on S8.

I'm a premium user and twice in the last month when I'm trying to open up my spotify app it loads as just a black screen with a gray bar along the top and stays like this forever until I have to unstiall the app and lost all my downloaded music which for me is between 700-1000 songs I've saved so having this happen twice is just a huge pain since I've needed to do this TWICE! I've looked all over for a solution and the only one they have is it just unintall which is completly unacceptable, if this happens to me a thrid time I will be canceling my subcription and moving to a diffenernt app since if you're charging people for a product the product should work. Same problem here also
