App uses 3.8gb on phone, but no downloaded content

as above. Memory usage is massive compared to app size, but when I set to only show downloaded content, nothing is visible. 

Any thoughts?

Spotify caches the songs you play to save mobile data even if you don't manually download anything. You can check the official info here.
