App wont sync liked songs with the web browser

My Question or Issue

I cant get my likes playlist to sync with the web browser version ( I use Chrome on Windows) of the playlist all of the other playlists seem to work just fine but the likes playlist is completely out of sync with the web browser version. I've tried every solution I could find on here and even quit my subscription for a while only to come back to the same problem, is there a way to force a sync between the versions? or some other solution

It's a good idea to give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

In case you're using an SD card for your phone, you can try removing it, reinstall Spotify and then try running the app without the SD. Sometimes the SD card can lead to issues with the cache.
