Application not always stopping...

My Question or Issue

The application is not always stopping when I close it. I mean that I can't see a trace of Spotify on my phone (nothing in the running applications list or nothing in the notifications bar once closed), but the music is still playing!

I need each time to manually force the stop in the application settings screen.

Am I the only one to have this issue?
