My Question or Issue

Unlike the link here the bug is not fixed. If I install Spotify and check my default storage for music, my SD card is already selected. I download some music and after it I reboot. Right after the reboot I noticed a notification of Spotify that it downloads music. The playlist I downloaded before. If I check the selected storage now, the internal storage is selected.   Somehow the SD card is initialized right after Spotify and so this stupid app thinks that the storage is gone. This is really poor and annoying and because Spotify autostarts at every reboot, my music is vanished after every reboot.

I've found workaround for that issue. Unfortauntely it requires admin (root) permissions, what may be quite embarrassing for most of you. But still something and maybe it will help someone: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/SOLVED-PARTIALLY-Spotify-downloads-songs-to-internal-memory...

I didn't test with encrypted SD card but should work too.
