Automatic downloading of songs/albums

Hi there,

I have a problem with my mothers smartphone regarding downloading songs/albums on Spotify.

You see, she is logged in on my Premium account and I have saved some of my favourite albums there.

But the problem is now that her phone is trying to automatically download every album that I have saved.

This causes the storage space to get full, making her unable to save other stuff like pictures.

I have really no idea why this is happening.

Is it because of the kind of phone she is using (=Samsung Galaxy Note)?

Please let me know.

Hey @habboimko and welcome to the community!

Have you checked if the "available offline"-toggle is somewhere activated under the Your Music tabs (songs/albums)?

Also, please keep in mind that it's not allowed to share accounts 😉
