Hey there @SystemTrayIcon,

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know if this occur on one specific device or multiple devices?

It would also be great if you can send us a screen recording or screenshots so that we can have a closer look of what's going on directly from your end.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Take care!

Nope.

Autoplay off.

Select a track or podcast to listen to.

Queue shows a "Next from" list full up.

Why is there a random "Next from" list? Just play my queue and stop. Simples.

Hey there @SystemTrayIcon,

Thank you for your reply and confirmation.

We tried this from our end and could see that there was existing a queue but the music still stopped playing after the last song in the official playlist.

If you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app since the card can be corrupted.

Keep us in the loop.

Take care!

More often than not it carries on. Why doesn't it just played queued music
and podcasts and stop?

Hi again @SystemTrayIcon,

Thank you for getting back in touch with us.

Even though there's a continued queue it should not continue if you disabled Autoplay.

Can you confirm if you followed the step in my last reply above?

Another useful steps to do is the following:

  • Soft reset of the device
  • Log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist.
  • Ensure the operating system is up-to-date
  • Ensure device has enough storage space

Keep us posted.

Take care!
