Bad quality of the sound

I saw other posts that Spotify didnt seem to finish addressing. Spotify on my computer with my wireless headphones sounds terrible now, last week was fine. It works fine on my phone. Ive been through all the potential fixes and settings nothing is working. Its NOT my headphones, its not my computer, it may not be Spotify but I cant figure out what it is. The only thing I havent done is have Spotify redo my profile. How do I do that?

Hey there,

Can you test by going into the Spotify settings and switching off "Hardware Acceleration". If this is alrerady OFF then turn it ON and see what happens either way.
