Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

 

Sorry to hear that. No worries though, let's try some more troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your device
  • Make sure your device is on the latest OS version. You can find directions how to do that according to your device's manufacturer.
  • Toggle off Offline Mode

On another note, does this occur when you're logged in your account from a different device?

If you haven't already, could you give it a try and perfom a clean reinstall of the app on your Samsung device?
