My Question or Issue

My son uninstall by mistake the Spotify App (he'sused for more than a year withoutany issue, when reintalled the screen remained black, with only the logo in the center. Nothing else. Try removing the cache, removing the data, deleting the file com.spotify. in the Data. Also try removing the battery forna few mins. and doesn't work.  Swith from wifi to lte, and nothing.  He had another app that is taking a big part of the storage. After installing Spotify he only had lessnthan 3GBs remaining.

Please help.

Does your son use an SD card in his phone and if he does, could you check if it's formatted as external memory?

Could you try uninstalling the app from the Play Store > restarting the device > installing it again?

Lastly, could you let us know you the OS version of your son's phone?

Yes, his phone have an SD card used as external memory.

I've already uninstalled the app, reinstalling it and restarting the phone various times, taking the battery out for some secs, shutting it down completely, leving it shut for some time, etc.

Version is REV0.7. But I also had the same phone and in mine the app is functioning perfectly.
