My Question or Issue

 

Car no longer shows song progress since upgrading from Samsung S9 to Pixel 6a. Other apps on the same phone show progress (eg podcast app) and same phone shoes progress in another car (Mazda 2). So it's. Ot obviously a Spotify or car issue. Tried clearing storage and fresh install of Spotify .

 

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've tried so far.

As a next step, can you please send us a screenshot of how things look on your end and let us know if the same happens when you play different types of content (e.g. playlists, albums, podcast episodes)? Does the issue persist with a different account?

Hi I'm the owner of s23fe android and just recently I no longer can see the track information I'm listening to on Spotify. 

I have done everything to rectify it ,here's the infuriating part spotify connects to my car perfectly on an older s21fe bazaar .

I have uninstalled spotify reinstalled it ,cleared caches unpaired with the car paired again ,nothing seems to work ..so no point in sending me in the direction of the posted online fixes ,they don't work ,what is causing this ,I also have premium plan ...
