My Question or Issue

I just purchased a pair of bluetooth headphones to pair with my phone while running, so a headphone cord doesn't get tangled up. The headphones I bought are Senso ActivBuds S-250. I have them paired to my phone, and they work on phone calls, and I know they connect to Spotify because there are buttons on the headphones to pause playback, and that works while Spotify plays.

Whatever Spotify is playing from my phone, however, doesn't connect to the headphones, and only continues to play from the phone. Everything seems to be set up correctly, as everything else functions correctly between the phone and the headphones. I just cannot figure out why the phone doesn't send Spotify's playback over bluetooth. Maybe an app setting on the phone? Please help!

We'd suggest for you to check these steps. Can you check if it works with a different device?

Hi Petya,

Those steps did not work. I followed them to a tee. Forgot the bluetooth pairing on my phone, turned off all nearby bluetooth signals, repaired the phone and headphones anew again, and the same thing keeps happening, in that the headphones can be used to pause playback and make phone calls, but the music from Spotify still only plays through the phone. This is very disappointing, as it is the primary reason I bought these phones to begin with. Do you have any other suggestions that might make these work?

Don't know how this problem will be solved but after this problem I tried SPOTIFY LITE and that work!!!!.
It works on Bluetooth clearly.
All your playlist will be played in the lite

SOLVED THE PROBLEM
step 1 : delete the cache folder from com.spotify.music
step 2: delete the folder com.spotify.music
step 3: uninstall the app
step 4: check for any folder left from spotify
step 5: restart/reboot device
step 6: reinstall spotify
good to go
