Browse menu playlists disapeared on Android phone

Recently, I did clear the spotify cache from the app manager but now the 'browse' menu is empty! I logged out and logged in again to make sure my android will shake out from the offline mode but still empty. Also, tried re-installing the app but to no avail! How can I "reload" all playlists from Browse menu. I do not use facebook as login option for Spotify. Thnx!
