Can log in to app but then will not open. Have tried all solutions but nothing working

Can log into app but then will not open. Have reinstalled and restarted several times. Have tried without sd card and have cleared cache and data. Samsung sayig its not the ohone but issue with the app. Can log in and use on other devices. Spotify website help section is useless and not replying to emaisl or tweets. Am due for renewal in 4 days don't think that will be happening!
