Can not log in

I Washington able to log in and listen music tren i deleted the app on phone (galaxy a7 (2016) i upload it again and it says something about facebook in my language which means you dont have a account with facebook bütün i am not clicking the connect with facebook i am just writing my Hotmail and password then i am clicking log in but it says somethig about facebook

If yoy signed up with a facebook accoubt the first time around, you need to have the facebook app to be able to log into spotify.
The same happened to me a few months ago.
Do you have the facebook and spotify app on your device?
