Can't download music

Hi,

I can't download music to my phone nor my computer (winsows) for some reason. I got a premium account, I've re-installed it and it's always worked before. I can click download on some of the songs in my download folder but nothing else, ie I can't buy any music. It's been going on for about 1,5 month.

Does your account profile sow an active Premium subscription?

Yes, it does. When I look at my account profile and when I log in to spotify it says premium.
