Can't download on my android smartphone since today, 5 July 2023

I just updated the app this morning, hoping to solve the issue I have on my Galaxy S7 since this morning: download button inop, like button works but doesn't store. The moment I click on a song the Like icon turns off. Everything works normal on my laptop windows version, my daughter doesn't have this problem on her Huawei. I cleared the cache, I restarted my phone, checked available space (3Go) wasted some time on the community forum and Faq to no success. I have a Premium Family account. Spotify is a work-tool for me and I need this offline capacity when travelling by plane, please help me!
