My Question or Issue

[Long post ahead]

I purchased Premium for Students 2 days ago, and I'm enjoying it so much. Now, the Spotify app in my phone just updated, and now the album art of my downloaded songs doesn't load properly even though I'm online and connected to my usual WiFi connecton (specifically my college's WiFi network). Also I had issues in playing new songs, sometimes my songs wouldn't play immediately and continuously. So I tried to resolve the issue and tried many of the tips posted in different forums in this community. At first I thought my connection is the problem (sometimes the wifi signal is poor in a certain location) but when I reconnected the problem is still there. Then I think mabe the problem is my phone, so I checked my desktop app, but turns out it has the same problem as the phone (maybe because they're synced). I tried logging out, doing clean uninstalls, reinstalling, and restarting my devices for a few times. I can play online using the app but the album art still doesn't show. Also I can't download any song now and it frustrates me because I wanna listen to music offline. Now I tried opening the web player and it works perfectly, all the album arts are loaded. In fact I'm using Spotify Web Player as I type this. [I haven't tried reformatting my SD card tho, because I obtained the same problem in my desktop too, so I wondered if I have to also reformat the hard drive, which is I don't wanna do. But when I uninstalled the desktop app tho, I couldn't reinstall it]

So the problem is neither in the connection nor my account, but it is in the app. Is there a [quick] fix for this? I don't wanna cancel my subscription because I like Spotify so much. I can't focus on reviewing for my exams now because of this. I would deeply appreciate it. Thank you so much!
