Can't find the Equalizer.

My Question or Issue

I can't find the Equalizer that should be under "Soundqualität" (=Sound quality), also I wasn't able to find it anywhere else. Is there even one still existing or did I miss something?

Can you check your device to see if there are any updates available?

If that doesn't help, I'll need some more information. Let me know:

• The version of the app
• Since when is the equalizer missing?
• Does the equalizer show up when you log on another device

Hey,
There are no updates to my device and no update to Spotify itself. I'm running the 8.5.66.1002 version. What I was able to find though, is that on my iPad on the same account I can find the Equalizer. I don't know since when the eq isn't there anymore because I never checked.

Thanks for the details.
Keep in mind that Spotify doesn't have a built-in equalizer but uses the one that is on the phone. A solution could be to download one over the PlayStore. You can also check out this thread.
