When I'm offline I can't play all music I've already downloaded

Does this happen only on your Android device or across all platforms?

Make sure you're logged in with the account where your Premium is enabled. On mobile you can tap on your profile picture in the top left corner -> Settings and Privacy -> Account to see if your current account is on Premium.

 

Once you've made sure you're not logged into a free account, follow these instructions. Try downloading a playlist, switch to Offline mode and see if it would play. In case it doesn't we'd also like to see a screenshot of the downloaded playlist 🙌🏼
