My Question or Issue

I got a new phone and installed the app (as you do). I can't log in with my data, but it works just fine on the browser and the desktop app.
The app then forces me to change my password. The link in the email does work when I copy it and put it into my browser. Changing the password does not work, as it tells me after I click okay that something went wrong and I should try later.

After multiple tries, reinstalling the app twice, and restarting my phone, I come here to ask for help.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting .

 

If you've tried accessing different combinations but none of them have worked, could you try logging using your username and password? You can find it by going to your Account Overview

 

If it doesn't work either. Please share with us a screenshot of the error you get when you try to log in, just make sure to remove any personal information from it.
