Can't login "You are offline" error

Hi guys, i need your help to solve this please.

I tried clearing cache/all data from app, several reboots, then reinstalled app and rebooted again but i still get the same "you are offline" message and can't login on my Android Phone

I think it all started when i stopped being part of a family packet, but perhaps it's just a coincidence, because Spotify browser version works fine on my mac.

Please help me, thanks!

Is here anyone from support to help me? i cant get it work and am thinking to cancel my subscription.
