My Question or Issue

Since 4 days, I just can't play any music with Spotify. I get stuck at 0:00 (see pic) on each song, loadin indefinitely for no reasons. I've tried everything : uninstalling, logout/in, empty cache, clear data, etc.

But just nothing.

I've tried to let the music on play, just to see if it was only slow downloading, but more than 1h of waiting it's clearly not that.

It works on PC, it works on my Smart TV (even when using my phone to control it) but when I go back only on phone, nothing.

Still no music since one week.

I've noticed I have this profile everytime I'm connecting myself to the app. Only happen on mobile.

Now that you have seen that on the mobile you have another profile did u logged out/in using your credentials? Or have you tried seeing the information of this profile that you have only on mobile? 

If you tried both options I'd recommend asking for help to the support. 

I eventually found the somution myself by erasing all the data manually with a file manager and reinstalling the app !
