Can't play any song AT ALL please help!

Please help me out, i can see the songs but their names just stay opaque & won't allow me to play any of em at all.

Are you a free user? If so you can only shuffle play which is why the songs are greyed out.

Yes, I'm a free user. The thing is it works perfectly fine with my galaxy tab but when I try to use it with my S5 it won't play anything... i keep clicking them but nothing happens

Check the comparison chart I linked to earlier. Free on a tablet allows the same as free on a desktop, however mobile free is different whereby you don't get ads... but you can only shuffle play and you also get suggested tracks as well.

According to that chart you posted, I should be able to shuffle play, however that isn't the case... does it have anything to do if my phone is modded?

That shouldn't matter... I'm using a custom ROM myself.

Do you not get the big green 'Shuffle Play' button at the top of a playlist/album?

Problem solved. I hadn't notice the shuffle button. 😝
