Can't save my music on SD card

Solved!

Can't save my music on SD card

Hi!

As I mentioned in the title, I can't save my offline music on my SD card in my tablet. I think that I've tried every solution I've found in this forum and it still does not work. I've tried to fix this by simply moving "com.spotify.music" to SD card, cleaning the cache in the application (like this), clean uninstalling app and then reinstaling it (didn't work either) and formating both SD card and internal memory.

Information about device: Android version 4.2.2, Firmware version v1.2, Kernel version 3.0.8+, it is not rooted.

There are 2 "parts" of memmory in Storage options. First one is titled Internal storage (probably for apps), total space 0.98gb, 343mb available, second one is also titled Internal storage and it's contains part with total space 1.24gb, 1.21 available and empty SD card with total space 7.2gb and 7.2gb available.

I've almost lost hope that it can work, so I'll be pleased if anyone can help 🙂

Have a nice evening!

Agree, clearing the cache should force it to detect the SD as a new location.

You can also do this from within the Spotify app by going into the settings then scroll to the bottom and click on the 'Clear Cache' button. If it's still not working a clean install may be required; make sure to use the below guide:

Try to delete cashe and data thru the settings menu.
Log in your account and save tracks.
Now it should save on your SD
