Can't use the gift card

Yesterday I was buy $144 3months gift card from 7-11,when i want back ,the website said:Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service.So i go to 7-11 to ask,but the clerk told me go tp contact Spotify customer, but i didn't see any phone number.
P.S My gift card is an in-store receipt, but the Premium code was wasn't work.

You bought a 3 months Spotify Premium code for $144?

Spotify Premium 3 months license costs $30 as you can see below.

And $144 is too much for even a 1 year of Spotify Premium which costs $120.

If the code is invalid the cashier didn't activate your code by the cash desk, the cashier needs to activate your code before it you can redeem it. You need to go back to the supermarket where you bought it and ask the cashier to activate it, once it's activated you can try to redeem it again.
