Canceling my free subscription through my service provider

Canceling my free subscription through my service provider

I will be cancelling my FREE SUBSCRIPTION through my service provider with Spotify due to no customer service. I have made multiple posts about my downloaded content disappearing with no explanation. I have gone threw all trouble shooting from Spotify with no results. My music has been deleted 12 times or more on my mobile devices now since august and costs me more in data than service is worth. I do not have wifi but use it when i get the chance. I only pay for as much data as i need in a month. As soon as I find a subscription pay service to meet my music needs I will be dropping Spotify. Along with other issues with software I'm finished.

If music has been deleted on your device, that's a fault of your device itself (probably something to do with the firmware or something corrupting). Spotify does not, and I mean does NOT delete music on your device. I've used Spotify since 2011, and have never, ever, had this issue occur on any of my devices. By the way, you should seriously get Wi-Fi instead of using data. Wi-Fi is much better than data, and offers better speeds depending on what package you go with via your ISP.
