Cannot control music when connected to car's bluetooth

My Question or Issue

Hey there,

The issue happens when I connect to my car's bluetooth after the next song plays. I can't skip, pause or do anything with Spotify from my head unit at all. I have to turn the screen on and touch on the phone's screen. After I touch the Spotify controller, I still can control music from the head unit again until the next song plays. This issue doesn't happen with my other devices. I've tried clean reinstallation a few times, allowed all permissions for Spotify, added Spotify on the battery white list but none of them works. Please help.

More: This issue only occurs with Spotify. I have no issue with Google Play music or Youtube.
