Cannot login on android

hi,

I did a reset on my android and now I cannot login anymore. user credentials are correct and I can login on web and laptops without any problem. I removed the android from the connected offline devices but this did not help either.

what should I do?

Are you using Marshmallow (6.0) and on? Take a look in the app preferences to see if it's not a permission issue.

If you signed up with facebook, use the facebook log in, otherwise sign in with your spotify user name (NOT an email address) and password.

I m doing that but still no result. I can easily login to web player but not on Android.

Im having the same issues, change password but still says wrong email or password when i use the android app on my samsung s8.

My windows desktop with spotify however works and lets me login with the same credentials. 

It seems it is a Android app issue??

Having the same problem as well...

All devices seem to be working fine apart from my phone (androit).

Spotify logged out on its own and now can't log in again.

Changed the password but made no difference
