My Question or Issue

 I'm having issues with viewing artists, the albums, and go to song radio. I've seen another post about how the device may be in 'Offline' mode, but this is not the case. I do keep getting those random Spotify 'Please update your device messages' (despite already being at Android 8.0). I do have these songs downloaded through Premium.

Is this happening while you're connected to WiFi or mobile network? Try a different network to see if the issue persists.
