Cannot start sync download on cellular, had tried a lot

My Question or Issue

I just bought an album and wanted to add them into my Spotify playlist.

I've added them into the PC's playlist and now should only be needed to turn on my phone and start the download.

But it didn't. It keeps showing "waiting for download" on my phone.

I've tried/done:

Keep the PC and the phone connecting with the same wifi

Allow firewall permission for Spotify on PC

Switch on "Download" on the Phone, both in the playlist and in the setting

log-in and log-out Spotify, both on PC and the phone

Re-install the Spotify app on the phone

Disable the firewall and anti-virus software

None of the above works...

I've done the sync download before, but only this time fails.

Please help me...

Hey @JohnnyLin, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

I strongly advise against using the mobile data if you have a limited data plan, wifi would be more suitable for this.

However, to enable downloading through mobile data just head over to Settings and find Download Using Cellular option and turn it on.
