Cant buy premium

I cant get into the buy premium page cuz my browser says that it redirected too many times. It says the same when I login. I cant login on the app it says: To listen abroad for more than 14 days tell us where you are at spotify.com

Please help cuz spotify was already messing with my payments

Does clearing your browser's cookies help at all? Could you try connecting using a differend device?
