Cant log into app, or app not loading

Android app not loading. Tried to clear cache, cleared data, when that didn't work, i uninstalled and installed again. Log in screen comes up, click log in, then after endless loading, get the error that says there was a problem. Wont complete log in, nothing loads

Can you please check the Android version on your phone? It could be possible that it is not supported by the Spotify app anymore. According to the following page, Spotify now requires an Android version of 7.0 or higher: https://support.spotify.com/article/supported-devices-for-spotify/
