Cant login despite password reset

User id -bleep-, reset password many times still unable to login. It is premium duo thru Maxis Malaysia

Maxis Malaysia are most likely responsible for your subscription but not the account itself.
What I would suggest is trying to log in with an alternative log in method e.g. Facebook or Google. 
If your Google/ Facebook accounts are linked to Spotify, this log in method should work!

In case this is not possible for you, type in your email or username in this link and try resetting your password once more. Make sure you're providing the email/ username associated with the account in question.
