Crackling/static only on saved palylists

As the title says i hear a crackle and static like noise only on my offline saved playlist through my bluetooth headphones. Weird part is i hear no crackle through bluetooth in my car and youtube and spotify stream through headset is fine. Only a slight static and crackle for my offline playlists through my bluetooth headset. I have them saved in extreme quality and my next step is to uninstall and download in normal or high quaility. Any tips or solutions?

Try to go on settings and chose to stream in high quality and then download the playlist/song.

I have just tried it at High and Normal quality with a fresh re-install of Spotify every time. Did not work.
