Created Playlists Don't Shuffle

The playlists I create and any other playlist don't shuffle even when I hit the shuffle button. It causes me to hear the same songs or to use up all my skips.

Check to see if there is an app update available or an OS update available for your device. You can also try clearing cached data, or removing/uninstalling the app and re-installing -- but I'd check for updates first.

Thank you for replying but unfortunately I have an Android system and the solutions you listed I have tried. I think this isn't something wrong on my end but rather Spotifys end. I think I'll just have to wait till an update where they fix it. If you have any more solutions I'm more than willing to try.
