Thanks for posting in the Community! We hope you don't mind a response in English as this is the official language of the forum. Kudos for already doing a reinstall and update of Spotify 🙂

Were you previously able to see the lyrics and does this only happen on one device? Do they seem like they're not loading and have you tested with a different internet connection?

Also, make sure you've not enabled Offline Mode as this can be a reson why the lyrics aren't loading.
