Deleted Playlists Reappear

Couldn't find anything on this by searching around. Awhile back I used an app called Songlytics that creates playlists for you based on different things. I guess it auto generates and updates them, I didn't use it very long so I'm not sure. 

Anyways, the problem is that these playlists keep coming back every now and then. I can't tell how frequently. I've tried deleting them on all devices (useless as they all pretty much update instantly when I delete it on one), and I've tried redownloading the app and deleting the playlists and such. They are still coming back. Anyone know how to get rid of them? Did I miss something?

From what they say in the Play store, you need to close your songlyrics account to stop it recreating the playlists.
