Devices (Sonos) visible but greyed out

Devices (Sonos) visible but greyed out

I have two Sonos speakers which have
been playing via Spotify perfectly until recently. Both speakers are visible, but greyed out and can't be selected. The same speakers are visible and work fine on my wife's phone. Any ideas? Many thanks.

I have just purchased a Samsung R Lite Audio 360 speaker and have the exact same problem as above. I have tried to connect from two different devices (Samsung phones of different models) but see the same thing on both.

 

Spotify does list my Chromecast, which I can play to, so it appears to be a specific issue with the speaker.

Well I've already figured my problem out - Spotify Connect is only on the premium service. So guess I'll just updrage to resolve!
