bad sound quality

Hi, after downloading files ( I have already defined high quality.) the sound is not good!The music is fine, but the voice is so low! And if i turn up the volume, the quality is really bad. Is it a Spotify problem? Thanks.

Spotify app shutting down

Starting yesterday, the Spotify app on my android (Blu Advanced 4) shuts down (not just pause, the whole app closes) within a minute or two when listening. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Tried suggested fixes. Nothing helped yet.
