Dislike missing from Daily Mix

My Question or Issue

The ability to dislike songs in the daily mix playlist is mostly missing. Most of the time the options look like a standard playlist. Today I actually watched a daily mix song go from having the screen that allows dislike to the screen that only allows the like. This started a couple of weeks ago. Prior to that the dislike action was always there. I don't understand why it's sometimes there and sometimes not. And I don't understand why it changes from one format screen to the other while continuing to listen to the same daily mix list.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify app on my Android phone. There was no change in Behavior

Spotify are often testing and launching improvements and new features.

When they're testing, you may see something on the app your friend doesn’t, or get a new feature for only a temporary period of time.

Please note the i storngly recommend enabling automatic updates on your device.

I have the current release on my phone already. What I don't understand is
with the same song displaying, I watched it move from having the dislike
option to not having it when I left the screen and came back to it. No
software change happened. The same exact song was still showing but the
options had changed.

If it's Spotify experimenting I don't understand why I get different
Behavior coming out of the same release. It seems like some indicator was
flipped when I left the the song Scream and came back.

I use the unlike option often I'm listening to the Daily mix selections as
I don't always like the songs that have been chosen.

My dislike buttons have also disappeared from my daily mixes. At first only on one device, now they are missing on PC, Android and Mac versions. This affects all daily mixes but interestingly not Release Radar or Discover Weekly.

Additionally the daily mixes seem to change places (1 through 6) and content (dramatically not matching generes and/or style of music in daily mix) at frequent times, sometimes multiple times a day.

Very frustrating and annoying, as I can no longer directly influence the daily mixes. And before anyone says algorithms - they suck. I listen to all kinds of music and I don't fit a certain "box". My taste in music varies based on many factors - too complicated for any algorithm to understand.

New version of Spotify downloaded this morning. Same problems still exist.

Do these issues ever get seen by someone at Spotify? Very frustrating.

Yes. Very frustrating! Spotify's support is terrible. User self-help might work for some, but when it comes to bigger issues, Spotify should at the very least respond to some of these.

I still don't have a solution. So far I tried:

On my windows PC I deleted the Storage folder (under C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Spotify) with no luck. I then decided to uninstall Spotify and reinstall it. No change. Still no dislike and the daily mixes seem to get **bleep** up worse every day.

I have a new scenario now. I only use my phone can you Spotify. Recently when I playing music on my phone and select a new daily mix and then view the current song the unlike option is there as it always used to be. However when I'm home I select Spotify to play on an Onkyo receiver that I have that supports Spotify. As soon as I do that and then look at the current song again the display has changed over to the standard playlist screen where the unlike option does not exist. What's that screen shows up switching back to playing on my phone does not change the screen back do the daily mix screen with the unlike option.

It's unclear to me why changing where the music is playing But continuing to use a Spotify app on my phone to control the music, the screen changes to the playlist screen without the unlike option.

In my opinion, the unlock option should always appear when playing a daily mix list regardless of where the music is playing. Obviously a lot of people have the same complaint. I wish Spotify would read some of these and fix this for consistent Behavior. The standard reply that was sent saying that Spotify is often testing new things just doesn't cut it.
