No no equaliser... And I already tried a clean instal, I did it again, I even tried to wipe my cache in recovery mode but same thing...
I hope we're not running out of options there, that really was after an update (the one before the last, which btw didn't solve the problem), may I try to install the previous working version and how can I do that ?
Hi there, you can certainly try an older apk and see if it will help. There's a link in my signature to a repository of older versions.
Well have fun reading I guess

Fix this, I'm ain't paying you for a music service that doesn't work.
Fuwiz you should open your own topic.

It works ! I tried the first 2.0.0.702 and I don't have the issue anymore.
That's great. but it means there really is an issue with the new version... I'd be happy to help debug the best I can, as it should also affect other people...
That;s odd and strange that it only seems to affect you... I wonder if you can now try updating to the latest version and see if the distortion re-occurs?
I updated via Play Store to the latest version (2.3.0.828) and yes, same issue...
I'm really baffled why these later updates are affecting you, and only you.
Are you able to get a logcat of what's going on while you're streaming to see if anything may be interferring?
I'd be happy to but how ?
There's a very good guide on how to logcat on the xda forums here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1726238
Yes a full log please so we can see what else is running and possibly interferring.... Also, just to check but when you run the log you are using the current version that has the issues in?
Could you run a second one with the previous apk as well so we can compare what's in the faulty one that isn't in the good one.
Nothing was strikingly obvious to me in the latest log. I'd suggest possibly trying without a headset connected, with WiFi disabled and also try turning Beats off.
The actual services & intents called seemed OK. I'm stumped.
