Don't see option to download to SD card

I opened the app this morning and all of my downloaded songs were gone. This is no big deal, it happens every once in a while, but when I went to check my storage, I didn't see the option to download songs to my SD card. It doesn't even show up as an option. My phone and other apps shows it as an available storage option, but I don't see it anywhere on Spotify.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

If you don't have the option available, it's possible that the app is not recognizing the external storage card. Try removing the SD card, reinstalling Spotify, and then inserting the card back in to check if it makes a difference.

If that doesn't help, we'd recommend trying with a different SD card to see if the app recognizes it. 

Lastly, send over the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
