Downladed music is deleted

I have spotify student premium account and every now and then my songs are deleted. Does this have to do with the student account? I have automatic payment so i don't lose even a day without premium. I tried to not update the app (android) but it still happens when i reboot my phone (not always - once a month). The music is dowloaded on internal storage (i thought this would deal with the problem but not eventually). I saw somewhere in my subscription that student account is actually "renewed" every month and that is why maybe i lose my music. Is this the reason??

I followed these instructions here https://support.spotify.com/gr/article/listen-offline-troubleshooting/ but the problem still insists.

I hope we find a solution because it is very important offline music to me.
