Hello everyone,
ive got spotify premium. The first day i downloaded a tracklist, wich worked good. But now the download button is gone, even if i press and hold location of the album it wont download or say anything about downloading.
Also, my downloaded tracklist doesnt work in offline modus!? Not on my tab and not on my phone!?
how can is solve this problem?
I use a samsung galaxy tab 2 and a samsung galaxy 4 android phone.

Yes it does, i says i use a spotify premium account.
Has enyone got a solution for me, or an adress where i can contact spotify? Im paying 10 a month for songs i cannot listen offline?!

Are you logging in with facebook or with a username? What doei it show as your user name in your account overview? It definitely says you have an active premium subscription - not unlimited?

I use a username and password to log on.
